What is the Personal Success Plan? 

The “Personal Success Plan” (or PSP) is a narrative that you will create, reflect upon, and revise throughout your undergraduate experience at Quinnipiac University.  The PSP will promote intentional and integrative learning and help you to live fully your undergraduate experience at Quinnipiac.  Your PSP will facilitate meaningful discussions between you and your academic and non-academic advisors about your growth and development as an undergraduate, and as you prepare for the job market or an advanced degree, the PSP will strengthen your ability to clearly communicate your knowledge, skills and expertise to prospective employers or graduate schools admissions committees.
