Hello, my name is Pamela Ernstberger. After I was given the opportunity to facilitate an online course in aquaculture, I embarked on completing an online Masters of Science in Instructional Design at Quinnipiac University. Together with my extensive experience in teaching and project management skills, my goal is to continue to use my skills in developing high quality online and blended courses to better engage learners. I am enjoying the challenge of creating and developing ideas into course content using current technological learning resources and mobile tools that also reach a wider audience.
